What are the exact symptoms of a brain tumor? Is paranoia a symptom? Does worrying about having a brain tumor, but not have any noticeable symptoms mean you could have a brain tumor?

Chrys, thanks for answering–I have been googling it for over an hour. All the websites say is what the different stages are, in terms of where the cancer has spread. None of them say "stage 1–here’s all the symptoms", "stage 2–all the symptoms" etc…I just found out my mom has ovarian cancer and I’m trying [...]
Someone I know has pancreatic cancer. But there is history of cancer in her family.
