because on the case it says that it contains PHENYLALANINE and my dad says that it causes cancer and im not allowed to chew it anymore. help??

What are the exact symptoms of a brain tumor? Is paranoia a symptom? Does worrying about having a brain tumor, but not have any noticeable symptoms mean you could have a brain tumor?

im 18 years old an every now and then i get really bad sharp pains on the sides of my stomach below. not like period pains. sometimes i collapse that’s how bad they get. at my age is it possible to have ovarian cancer? or could it be something else? please help
