im 18 years old an every now and then i get really bad sharp pains on the sides of my stomach below. not like period pains. sometimes i collapse that’s how bad they get. at my age is it possible to have ovarian cancer? or could it be something else? please help

ok, I have been feeling dizzy/lightheaded for over a year now…a few days ago I fainted for a few minutes and for a day or so the left side of my head (near my temple, behind ears and eye)… could this be a brain tumore of something else?
